How do I manage my license activations or move to a new computer?

Open the customer portal and sign in with the email you used at checkout. From there you can deactivate old devices to free up an activation slot, then activate on your new machine.

How many devices can I use at once?

Your subscription includes activations for two devices. If you need to switch machines, deactivate one from the customer portal first.

Where do I find my license key?

Your license key was emailed to you after purchase. You can also find it in the customer portal. If you can't locate it, email support@multicamtoolbox.com and we'll help.

I'm getting a "device limit" error. What do I do?

This means all your activation slots are in use. Go to the customer portal to deactivate a device you're no longer using, then try activating again.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from the customer portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I update my payment method?

Sign in to the customer portal to update your card or switch payment methods.

Do I need an internet connection to use Multicam Toolbox?

Only briefly. The plugin checks your license once every 24 hours. After that, it works fully offline until the next check.
